14k solid yellow gold, diamond, green and orange sapphires "cluster" pendant, tiny size

All metal components are 14k solid yellow gold 

Natural white diamond is 1.7mm round, 0.02 carats 

Pear shaped orange sapphire is 4mm by 6mm, heated, 0.4ct

Round green sapphire is 3mm diameter, heated, 0.15ct

Pendant’s length is 15mm (a bit more than 0.5”)

Pendant’s weight is 0.4g

Bail loop diameter is about 4mm (inside opening)
